Creating your account

Creating a Diglot account takes just a few minutes and gets you writing right away. You’ll answer a few quick questions so Diglot can tailor itself to you, and you can try the upgraded Spark features free for 7 days — no credit card required.

How to start

Go to app.diglot.ai and click Get started free, or follow the Get started button from diglot.ai.

Two ways to sign up

• Continue with Google — the fastest option. One click, and your email is already verified.
• Email and password — enter your email and a password, then click the link in the verification email we send you.

Either way, you’ll have an account in moments.

The quick setup questions

After signing up, you’ll go through a short setup (about two to three minutes):

1. Your name and native language (required). We try to detect your language from your browser, and you can change it.
2. What you write (optional). Academic, professional, content, personal, or just exploring — this helps us show you the most relevant templates. Defaults to academic if you skip it.
3. Your English level (optional). Beginner, intermediate, or advanced — this helps us pitch explanations at the right depth. Defaults to intermediate if you skip it.
4. Your first documents (optional). We create two practice documents for you: an interactive “How Diglot works” tour, and a “Practice: Fix My Mistakes” sample with grammar issues in your language.
5. Your plan (optional). You can start a free 7-day Spark trial — no credit card — or continue on the Free plan.

You can skip steps 2 through 5. Only your name and native language are required.

After setup

• Tooltip tour — for your first few days, short tips point you to key tools like Translate, Cowriter, Grammar, and New Document. You can dismiss them anytime.
• Get Started checklist — a checklist on your dashboard helps you try the essentials: set up your profile, run a translation, check grammar, humanize AI text, chat with Cowriter, and add a citation. Items check off automatically as you go.

If you close the browser partway through setup, no problem — next time you log in, you’ll pick up where you left off.

About the free trial

The 7-day Spark trial unlocks higher-quality results, more usage, all paraphrase styles, and the full plagiarism preview — with no credit card. We’ll send a few friendly reminders before it ends. When the trial finishes, your account simply moves to the Free plan; your documents and settings stay exactly as they were.

Good to know

• Sign-up is currently available with Google or email and password. More sign-in options may be added later.
• During our private beta, new sign-ups may need an invitation. If so, you’ll see a waitlist page — check your email for an invite.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up? No. Both the Free plan and the 7-day Spark trial work without any payment details.

Can I skip the setup questions? Most of them, yes. Only your name and native language are required.

What happens after the trial ends? Your account moves to the Free plan. Your documents, glossary, and settings are all preserved, and you can upgrade anytime.

I signed up but can’t access the app. During our private beta you may be on the waitlist. Check your email for an invitation, or request access from the beta signup page.

Can I use my university email? Yes — any email works for a personal account. University-wide access is handled separately through an institutional plan.
