Referral Program

Every Diglot account comes with a personal referral link. Share it, and when a friend signs up through it, you both earn bonus words. Reach invite milestones and you’ll also unlock temporary upgrades to better AI quality — even on the Free plan.

• After onboarding, we’ll also offer a quick way to share

Your friend doesn’t need to pay anything for you to earn — you get 5,000 words just from their signup. You earn more if they upgrade, but it’s a bonus, not a requirement.

Bonus words

Bonus words are used before your regular monthly allowance, and the ones expiring soonest are used first.

• They expire 90 days after you earn them.
• They work across all word-based tools (translate, paraphrase, grammar, and Co-writer).
• We email you a reminder 7 days before any credits expire.
• The sidebar badge shows your available total, with a tooltip for credits expiring soon.

AI quality boosts

Hitting a milestone temporarily raises your AI quality without changing your billing plan:

• Smart boost — Smart-quality AI for all tools
• Native boost — Native-quality AI for all tools

For example, a Free user with an active Native boost gets Native-quality results until the boost ends, then returns to Fluent. If you’re already on Pro, a boost has no extra effect (Pro is already Native). An active boost shows near the quality switcher, with the days remaining. See AI quality tiers for what each quality level means.

Sharing your link

You can share in whatever way is easiest:

• Copy the link directly
• Share to X (Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Telegram
• Send by email
• Show a QR code for in-person sharing

How credit gets attributed

• We use first-touch attribution: the first time someone visits through your link, that’s the credit that counts, even if they come back later through a different link.
• Attribution is finalized when they sign up.
• During the private beta, an invited friend goes through the beta queue first; your referral is credited once their access is activated.

Fair-use rules

To keep things fair, you can’t refer yourself with a second account (we check by email), and each event only counts once, so nothing is double-counted. Unusual bursts of activity get a closer look.

Good to know

• One link per person — there are no team or group referral links.
• Bonus words are tied to your account and can’t be transferred.
• If you hit a new milestone while a boost is still active, the new boost extends your time rather than resetting it.
• Boosts give better AI quality, not paid-plan features — there’s no “free month of Pro” reward.

How do I find my referral link? Profile menu → “Refer & earn,” or click the word-credit badge in the sidebar.

Do bonus words expire? Yes, 90 days after you earn them. We’ll email you 7 days before they expire.

What’s an AI quality boost? A temporary upgrade to better AI. Your plan stays the same, but your tools use Smart- or Native-quality AI for the length of the boost.

Can I refer myself with a second account? No — self-referrals are blocked by an email match, and duplicate attempts are ignored.

Does my friend have to pay for me to earn? No. You earn 5,000 words just from their signup. You earn more if they upgrade, but it’s not required.

I invited 3 people but didn’t get the boost yet. During the beta, your referral is credited once your invited friends activate their beta access. Check your earnings history for status.
